Welcome to the first instalment of our Meet the Team series! Take a moment to find out a bit more about the people within the Cotton On Foundation.
Name: Rachel Burrage
Role: Project Operations Coordinator
If you’ve been on the Road to 10,000 you would already know Rachel, extremely well! She’s the hostess with the mostest, who describes herself as an over sharer. Rachel says that her favourite thing about working for Foundation is “having a common goal with some of my favourite humans and all striving to ensure we are being our best us”.
Name: Kevin Higgins
Role: Education Specialist
This ex- AFL footballer with 18 grandchildren has been part of the Foundation team for over three years. With experience as both a school teacher and principal, Kevin is an incredibly valuable team member and one of the brains behind our Quality Education Model. What is Kevin’s favourite thing about working for Foundation? The energy!
Name: Alice Stephenson
Role: Engagement Coordinator
Our chatterbox Engagement Coordinator Alice is your go to girl for all things brand engagement and communications. She’s inspired everyday “knowing that what we do every day really can change the lives of children across the world!” Alice is a serial student, having studied a variety of degrees in Communications, Law and Human Rights over the past 10 years.
Name: Lily Mithen
Role: Adventureship (that means Intern)
With her (not so) secret double life as an AFLW player, Lily keeps herself very busy! She’s inspired everyday “working with people who have phenomenal influence on other people’s lives”. As the youngest member of the team, she says she would describe her childhood self as ‘annoying’. Lily’s energy and laughter helps to keep team morale high.
Stay tuned for more of the team coming soon!
